Lors du passage du SIMEX (<em>Singapore International Monetary Exchange<\/em>) au trading \u00e9lectronique, M. Tan a r\u00e9ussi sa transition vers le trading sur \u00e9cran au sein de Merrill Lynch, en se sp\u00e9cialisant dans l&rsquo;arbitrage d&rsquo;indices sur les produits asiatiques. Il a ensuite d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de n\u00e9gocier pour son propre compte ; apr\u00e8s avoir surmont\u00e9 les premiers mois difficiles, il a rencontr\u00e9 le succ\u00e8s. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, il participe au d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de trading prosp\u00e8re.
